Hello everyone!!! I felt like some pb and j for breaky, so this is what I had! I just added a tablespoon of pb and j with some flax seed to my oatmeal and raisins! Yummy!!

Mixed in and steaming:
Even though I worked very hard for the Bazaar (and click here for another explanation as to what I was doing last week), I still had time to do a little shopping…
I actually won this at the public raffle. Hand painted worth $150!

I found this apple chips too. I love them because they are JUST DRIED APPLES! Nothing else!

One of our vendors gave this bracelet to me! Glass beads…
Another pashmina. I’m addicted to these things!!
I bought these to put our keys somewhere. These are also hand painted! Beautiful!

I used to be a minimalist when it came to color in the house, but now I’m really embracing it. The more color the better!!
This is what I had for dinner last night while we were packing up all of our stuff. Notice the lack of veggies?
Doesn’t this look a lot better?? This is what we had for dinner. I sautéed some garlic, summer squash, spinach, and lemon in a little bit of olive oil. With that we had some marinated boneless pork chops and baked potatoes with sour cream. Awesome!!! I was on a veggie/fruit kick all day because of the lack of veggies last week. I have a feeling that tomorrow will be the same!
I also had yoga tonight. I definitely felt more stiff than I usually am due to me not attending last week. It felt so good though!!! My body felt so relaxed and like I got a great workout after class! I’m ready to take on the rest of the week!
How is everyone’s Monday going?

Glad you made it out alive! What great buys! I really love the pashmina and the dried apples.
I love dried apples! I will have to see if they sell those in the States? Maybe at Whole Foods or Fresh Market!
I have some Tri-news I will be posting later this week! I will probably be emailing you a ton of questions in the near future!!

Hi Nicole, Sounds like you had a great time at the bazaar. I know it is a lot of work but it is also very rewarding. You are amazing with your exercise schedule, volunteer work, and school. The Gators are doing well this season. We beat Tennessee on Saturday but they put up a good fight. See you soon.
Love you both,
Aunt Susan

Definitely A LOT of work – but you did it!!! I can relate to the lack of veggies when life gets hectic – I think we all can
Yoga is great! Hope that you have fun with your class and get less sore as the week continues.
Oh, and I love the color – wonderful!
