I woke up this morning with a headache, and a weird uneasy feeling about my dream that I had last night. I keep having a dream that I am 8 months pregnant, it is a month before our wedding, and I just realize that I’m really pregnant. I’ve had this dream about 5 times since our wedding planning started last October. I know I’m not preggers since flo is in town as we speak, but can I please stop getting these dreams?? I’m already freaked out about the fact that I haven’t tried on my wedding dress yet, and I won’t get to until two weeks before our wedding. I tried on a sample in the store that was a size 10, and ordered a size 4. The dress just came into Albuquerque,NM where they will ship it to Asheville, NC to our wedding planner. I have the measurements, but I guess that I’m paranoid. When the store measured me, I was a size 4 in the chest, size 6 in the waist (at the time I was trying to eat as much green chili and homemade tortillas as I could since we don’t have them in Germany!!), and a size 2 in the hips. I decided to order a size 4 since triathlon season would be wrapping up for me, and I knew that I wouldn’t be anywhere near NM for the tortillas before the wedding. I was trying to avoid the number of alterations since I knew that the Hubby and I would be getting in to NC from Germany two weeks before the wedding. I haven’t measured myself yet to see if I will fit into the dress. I’ve been kinda dreading it. I should probably get on with that since I’m getting married in less than 6 weeks. :) Phew! I’m glad I got that out!! I feel much better now!
Has anyone else had any weird dreams lately or wedding fears?
On to breaky: It was so good!
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 really small banana
- 1 tsp flax seed
- 2 tsp pb
I was supposed to ride my bike today for 30 minutes, then do a 10 minute run after that for my tapering BRICK for my triathlon this weekend, but I feel so dehydrated (reason for the headache I think). I thought that I would just knock that out tomorrow with my swim and go to yoga tonight.
For lunch I had this salad! It was so good!
- mixed greens
- 2 hard boiled eggs (1 yolk removed)
- red onion
- lemon zest
For the salad dressing (I didn’t use all of it either):
- juice of half of a lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt and pepper
