New Week, New Start

It felt so good to go to spin this morning and get my blood flowing and my body hurting (in a good way)!  Last week, I took it easy and probably worked out 3 times?  This is a new week and a new start.  I now have my exercise plan done for the next few months (at least the running part), and I feel so much better now that it is all planned out!  I am a planner, and I LOVE having a plan.

After my “hurt so good” spin class, I had yoga.  And let me tell you, it hurt too!  After not going to yoga for about a month (traveling in the states and my wedding), I definitely felt a difference.  Not to mention this was a POWER yoga class.  We had pushups and long planks in between chaturangas.  It sucked!  I feel so out of shape!!  It is time to get down to business!  I know this week will be very hard since I took a little hiatus off of my hard workouts because of traveling and my little “off season break,” but now I am mentally refreshed to start again!  I am already sore.  It is so sad!  This week will be hard, but by next week, I should be almost back up to where I was before I left off. :)

There are a butt load of giveaways going on right now.  Here are a few if you are interested!

Are you wanting to do something good for other people for the holidays?  Participate in a project called Project Feed Me.   Natalie from nono2yoyo developed it.  Please take a few minutes to learn about Project Feed Me and see how you can take part!  It’s simple, free and a great way for us to rally together and help thousands of hungry people!  Thanks so much for taking the time to check it out!!! I hope you decide to join us!!

How is everyone’s week starting off??

hey girl! How are you? Great blog! Congrats on everything – you sure have a lot going on :) Thank you for your comment. In terms of tips- be yourself! Participants like an instructor that feels natural and if you’re always putting on an act, they’ll know it! Second- don’t talk too much about personal stuff. Its nice to share a few things (helps them relate to you) but if you’re always talking about whats going on with you….they start to feel like the class is about/for you and not them. You will do fantastic :)
