Lime Green and Yet Another Giveaway!!

So about a month ago (maybe longer), I won a CSN gift certificate from this sweet girl’s site. I was so freaking happy because I could use that to get the one appliance that I had been dreaming of for years in Germany with my 220 volt appliances.

hehe. A bright LIME GREEN KitchenAid mixer. I’m hispanic, and I like color okay? My very white non-latino hubs gets frightened whenever I order anything with color in it. Trust me, honey, it could be a whole lot worse with the bright colors. You could have married one of my cousins and have a house that looks like a circus, okay?

Anyway, this beauty mixes up everything under the sun plus I can order a butt load of attachments for it.  CSN has everything I could ever need for this baby plus different variations of the dutch oven, blenders, cutlery, bedding, bikes, whatever!

Tonight, I made some homemade gluten free pizza dough with my mixer and topped it with 1/2 mozzarella, 1/2 vegan cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, caramelized onions, zucchini, with lots of organic marinara sauce topped with fresh basil after the photo . Perfect, eh?

I just realized this was also a good shot of my husband’s abs. hehe

There. Less distraction.
