Besides a few treadmill and outdoor running sessions, I hit up a TRX class this Saturday with a friend of mine.
It was the hardest TRX class that I have taken so far and the entire hour consisted of ab work. I have neglecting my abs as of late, and oh did I pay for it.
I wasn’t smiling the entire class. This actually me afterwards, happy that it was done and over with (complete with my “frita eyebrow! Yikes, I think it is time for an eyebrow wax ).
Other than that, the hubs and I went on a fantastic run earlier today, and every movement has been accompanied by an “ouch!!!!” because my abs are SO sore from yesterday.
