Exercise Schedule

For the schedule for the next 20 weeks or so, please click here.  I only have my runner schedule finished.  I still have to find more triathlons for next season and add to my swimming and cycling schedule!

Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that I have been working out for a while, and my body can handle this workload.  Please don’t try to do my workouts with me unless you KNOW that you can handle them!
